Williams aids in international education experience
State Sen. Connie Williams provided both a Pennsylvania and a United States flag that were presented to students at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in Guangzhou, China, when two teachers from Penn Wynne Elementary School went to China with a group of educators to teach conversational English to Chinese students. Classes consisted of 40 sixth and seventh graders who come from all over China to learn English.
