Norristown Garage Groundbreaking
State Sen. Connie Williams is pictured with Gov. Ed Rendell and Montgomery County Commissioner Ruth Damsker during the July. 19th groundbreaking ceremony for the Norristown Garage. Williams noted that the garage represents new job creation, new revenue and investment in Norristown. Williams and the Governor worked to bring back $4 million in state money to Norristown (half of the overall cost) for the project.
