WILLIAMS ANNOUNCES OPENING OF NEW DISTRICT OFFICE

HAVERTOWN, February 27, 2002 -- State Sen. Constance H. Williams today announced the opening of a second district office in the Manoa Shopping Center, Havertown.

"I think it's important to make it as convenient as possible for constituents to have access to the services available through my office," Williams (D-Montgomery/Delaware) said.

Through the new office, located at 1305 West Chester Pike, Suite 39, Havertown, constituents can pick up various forms for state agencies and programs and get assistance in filling them out. Staff will be on hand to answer questions or receive feedback.

"I want everyone in my district to be able to come to my office for help or to let us know their concerns," Williams said. "Now it will be easier for my constituents to stay in touch with me"

The new office can be reached at (610) 853-5433 or fax (610) 853-5346. While the office is already up and running, there will be a "Grand Opening" on March 14, from 4p.m. to 7 p.m.
