WILLIAMS ANNOUNCES DEPLOYMENT OF PENNDOT’S NEW ONLINE SERVICE "DRIVER HISTORY" HARRISBURG, June 3, 2002 - - State Senator Connie Williams today announced the deployment of PENNDOT’s online service called "Driver History". The new service will allow the public to access their individual and personal Pennsylvania driving record online for a nominal fee. "Online Driver History is a new, alternative method of requesting driver history information and is fast, convenient and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week," Williams (D-Montgomery/Delaware) said. The information contained in a driver history record includes: name, address, driver number, date of birth, class, license status, and Departmental actions and violations on file at PENNDOT for the time period requested, but will not include point information. Only three-year and ten-year driver histories are available for purchase online at a cost of $5.
