WAYNE COMPANY RECEIVES STATE DEVELOPMENT FUNDS HARRISBURG, DEC. 7 – State Sen. Connie Williams announced that a Wayne company was selected to receive a loan from the Commonwealth Financing Authority. The $6 million loan was awarded to Keystone T Ventures of Wayne under the Building PA Investment program. The loan will assist in funding development projects. "Keystone T Ventures has a vision that will benefit the entire Commonwealth," Williams said. "By focusing on development needs in the areas outside of Allegheny and Philadelphia counties, they are helping to draw attention to opportunities for development and growth that will provide a boost to not only the local economies, but that will also help to grow the Pennsylvania economy." Keystone T Ventures is a newly formed affiliate of Fourth River Development and Radnor Property Group. The venture group will invest in areas outside of Allegheny and Philadelphia counties in projects that will have a direct effect on communities in the "T", focusing primarily on areas near colleges, universities, hospitals and brownfields sites. The Building PA program provides capital for developers for real estate assets in small to mid-sized Pennsylvania communities. |
